Product approach
Heart Connect aims to use semantic controls, accessible names, visible focus, sufficient touch targets, reduced-motion respect and responsive layouts where practical.
Report a barrier
If a feature is difficult to use with assistive technology or a particular device, contact support@royal-heart.com with the page, device/browser and a description of the barrier.
Accessibility in practice
Accessibility is an ongoing engineering and content responsibility rather than a one-time certification claim. Heart Connect aims for semantic controls, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, adequate touch targets, responsive layouts and reduced-motion respect where practical. Real devices and assistive technologies can reveal barriers that automated checks miss, so member feedback is valuable. Reports should identify the affected page or feature, device, browser and assistive technology when relevant, allowing the team to reproduce the issue without asking the member to disclose unrelated personal information.
How this fits the Heart Connect service
Heart Connect legal and policy pages are designed to make platform expectations understandable before and during membership. They work together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and they do not remove rights that apply under local law. Where a process depends on a payment provider, purchase channel, jurisdiction, identity check or safety review, the page explains that dependency rather than promising an outcome that Heart Connect cannot guarantee.
