Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Heart Connect and explain the responsibilities, safety rules and conditions that apply when using royal-heart.com and related Heart Connect services.
No harassment, exploitation, fraud, impersonation or unwanted contact.
Compatibility, verification and recommendations do not guarantee safety or relationship success.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, signing in, accessing or using Heart Connect, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You may not use Heart Connect if your access has been lawfully prohibited or a prior account was permanently removed for serious safety reasons unless Heart Connect expressly authorizes a new account.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting access to your account and promptly reporting suspected compromise. Do not share passwords, OTPs, authentication links or security credentials with another person.
One person should not operate deceptive duplicate identities. Heart Connect may require re-verification or temporarily restrict features when account-security or fraud signals require review.
3. Profiles, photos and member content
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the limited rights Heart Connect needs to host, display, transmit, moderate, secure and operate the service. You represent that you have the rights and consent needed to upload your content.
- Profiles must be truthful and must not impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not upload stolen, deceptive, illegal, exploitative, non-consensual intimate or rights-infringing content.
- Do not use dating profiles primarily to advertise unrelated businesses, solicit money or redirect members into scams.
You grant Heart Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve and administer the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and your settings.
4. Discovery, matching and recommendations
Heart Connect may use profile information, stated preferences, location area, compatibility signals and optional interaction history to rank or recommend eligible members. A recommendation or compatibility score is guidance only and is not a scientific prediction of relationship success.
Blocking, privacy, age, market and safety eligibility rules can override recommendation ranking. A like does not necessarily mean the other person has liked you unless the service explicitly shows a mutual match.
5. Messages, calls and communications
Messaging, voice notes, media sharing and calls are available only where Heart Connect's relationship, privacy and safety rules permit them. Consent and boundaries apply to every interaction.
- Do not spam, pressure, threaten, stalk or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop.
- Do not request passwords, OTPs, PINs, banking credentials or payment details from another member.
- AI writing suggestions are drafts. You remain responsible for anything you choose to send.
- Heart Connect may apply rate limits, abuse filters, warnings or access restrictions to protect members and infrastructure.
6. Dating safety and offline meetings
Heart Connect provides tools such as reporting, blocking, verification signals, privacy controls and Safe Date features, but no online dating service can guarantee another person's identity, intentions or behavior.
Important safety rule: Never send money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, financial credentials or security codes because of pressure, romance, an emergency story or an investment opportunity from someone you met through the service.
For in-person meetings, consider a public place, your own transportation, a trusted contact and local emergency services when needed. Heart Connect is not an emergency-response service.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not use Heart Connect to engage in or facilitate:
- Fraud, romance scams, financial manipulation, phishing, impersonation or deceptive solicitation.
- Harassment, stalking, threats, blackmail, coercion, hate, discrimination or non-consensual sexual conduct.
- Child sexual exploitation, grooming or any attempt by an under-18 person to use the service.
- Human trafficking, exploitation, illegal services or other serious unlawful activity.
- Malware, automated scraping, unauthorized access, service disruption or attempts to defeat security, rate limits or privacy controls.
- Buying, selling or transferring accounts, verification badges, platform access or another member's personal information.
8. Verification
Email, phone, face/liveness or identity verification may be offered depending on provider availability and market requirements. Verification confirms only the specific check that was completed. It is not a criminal-background check, character reference, financial guarantee or promise of safety unless the service expressly states otherwise for a particular feature.
Falsifying verification evidence or misrepresenting a verification badge may result in restriction or removal.
9. Location, distance and Travel Mode
Location features may use a city you enter, a place you select or coordinates you explicitly permit your browser to provide. Heart Connect aims to show only approximate location or distance information to other members, subject to privacy settings.
Travel Mode or a displayed destination is a member-provided plan and does not prove that the person currently lives in or is physically present at that location.
10. AI-assisted features
Heart Connect may provide AI-assisted recommendation explanations, profile coaching, translations, icebreakers, replies or date-planning ideas. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before use.
- AI does not choose a partner for you or guarantee compatibility.
- AI suggestions do not send messages automatically.
- Heart Connect may restrict AI requests involving scams, coercion, threats, exploitation, security abuse or other harmful activity.
11. Subscriptions, payments, renewals and refunds
If paid plans, boosts, gifts, events or other paid features are offered, the price, currency, billing period and material terms must be shown before purchase. Paid access activates only after a trusted payment provider confirms payment.
Subscription renewal and cancellation terms depend on the purchase channel and market. Where recurring billing is offered, you can cancel future renewal through the applicable purchase channel; benefits may continue until the current paid period ends. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, provider rules, purchase channel and the circumstances of the transaction.
Core safety functions such as blocking, reporting and essential account-security controls should not be conditioned on a paid subscription.
12. Suspension, restrictions and termination
Heart Connect may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts or features when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, repeated policy violations, non-payment of paid services or protection of the platform.
Where appropriate, affected members may receive a reason and an appeal opportunity. Some restrictions may remain during review when necessary to protect people or preserve evidence. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through available account/privacy controls.
13. Heart Connect intellectual property
Heart Connect names, logos, software, interface elements, original content and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Heart Connect intellectual property to members.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or exploit protected parts of the service except where law permits or Heart Connect gives written permission.
14. Third-party services
Heart Connect relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers for functions such as authentication, communications, maps, email, consent management, AI, storage and payments. Those services can have separate terms, privacy notices and availability limitations.
Heart Connect is not responsible for an independent third-party service to the extent that service is outside Heart Connect's reasonable control, but we remain responsible for our own obligations regarding providers we select.
15. Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility
Heart Connect is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular number of matches, relationship success, another member's conduct, or that every verification, moderation or automated system will detect every risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Heart Connect is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by a member's independent conduct.
16. Applicable law, disputes and changes
Mandatory consumer, privacy and safety rights in your location continue to apply. Any market-specific governing-law, venue or dispute terms required for a particular paid or regulated service may be shown as supplemental terms before you use that service.
Before starting a formal dispute, you may contact legal@royal-heart.com so the issue can be reviewed. This does not limit any right to contact a regulator, court, law-enforcement body or other authority where applicable.
Heart Connect may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continuing to use the service after an effective update means the new Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
