The checkout should show the amount, currency and material billing terms before authorization. A failed, reversed or unconfirmed payment does not create guaranteed paid entitlement.
Payment security
Do not send full card numbers, PINs, banking passwords or OTPs to Heart Connect members or support staff. Billing support may request a limited transaction reference needed to locate a payment.
Payment Terms in practice
Payment status should come from a trusted payment provider rather than from screenshots, chat claims or unverified client-side state. Heart Connect can grant paid entitlement only after the relevant provider confirms the transaction. Members should review the displayed amount and currency before authorization and keep card numbers, PINs, banking passwords and one-time codes private. When a payment fails, reverses or remains unconfirmed, access can remain unpaid until the provider resolves the transaction. Support may ask for a limited reference that helps locate the payment without requiring full financial credentials.
How this fits the Heart Connect service
