Do not scrape private data, probe security controls, distribute malware, evade rate limits, automate fake engagement or interfere with normal service operation.

Do not use accounts for scams, impersonation, spam, harassment, trafficking, exploitative solicitation or unauthorized sale of access, verification or member information.
Acceptable Use Policy in practice
Acceptable use protects both people and the technical service. Heart Connect is not designed for bulk scraping, fake engagement, credential collection, automated account farming or attempts to bypass access controls and rate limits. Commercial activity that misleads members, impersonates Heart Connect or turns dating interactions into unauthorized solicitation can also undermine trust even when it does not look like a conventional security attack. Enforcement can therefore consider both interpersonal harm and abuse of platform infrastructure, with restrictions applied according to the seriousness and persistence of the behavior.
How this fits the Heart Connect service
Heart Connect legal and policy pages are designed to make platform expectations understandable before and during membership. They work together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and they do not remove rights that apply under local law. Where a process depends on a payment provider, purchase channel, jurisdiction, identity check or safety review, the page explains that dependency rather than promising an outcome that Heart Connect cannot guarantee.
