- Child sexual exploitation or grooming content.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual coercion or blackmail.
- Credible threats, trafficking, exploitation, fraud, phishing or credential theft.
- Content that unlawfully promotes violence, hatred or serious abuse.
Enforcement
Serious content may be removed, preserved for safety review, restricted from further distribution and escalated where applicable law requires it.
Prohibited Content Policy in practice
Some categories require a firm boundary because they create severe safety, exploitation or legal risk. Heart Connect does not permit child sexual exploitation, grooming, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, trafficking, blackmail, phishing or deliberate credential theft. Serious reports may justify rapid restrictions while evidence is preserved for authorized review. The platform should still avoid declaring criminal guilt solely from an automated signal or a single allegation. Where applicable law creates preservation or reporting obligations, Heart Connect can follow those requirements while protecting unrelated member information.
How this fits the Heart Connect service
Heart Connect legal and policy pages are designed to make platform expectations understandable before and during membership. They work together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and they do not remove rights that apply under local law. Where a process depends on a payment provider, purchase channel, jurisdiction, identity check or safety review, the page explains that dependency rather than promising an outcome that Heart Connect cannot guarantee.
