Messages and shared media must follow consent, harassment, fraud and safety rules. Context can matter, but private communication is not exempt from platform safety policies.
Content Policy in practice
Content standards cover what members publish on profiles and what they share privately with other members. Ownership and permission matter: a person should not upload another individual’s identity, copyrighted material or intimate media without the rights and consent required to do so. Context matters too, because content that may be lawful in one setting can still violate Heart Connect rules when used for harassment, coercion, deception or exploitation. Reporting tools can target specific media or messages so review can focus on the relevant content rather than exposing an entire conversation unnecessarily.
How this fits the Heart Connect service
Heart Connect legal and policy pages are designed to make platform expectations understandable before and during membership. They work together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and they do not remove rights that apply under local law. Where a process depends on a payment provider, purchase channel, jurisdiction, identity check or safety review, the page explains that dependency rather than promising an outcome that Heart Connect cannot guarantee.
