Member content rights
You retain ownership of your submitted content subject to the limited rights Heart Connect needs to host, display, transmit, moderate and operate the service under the Terms.

Rights holders can send a detailed complaint to legal@royal-heart.com identifying the protected work, disputed material and a reliable contact method.
Copyright & Intellectual Property in practice
Members keep ownership of original content they submit, while giving Heart Connect the limited rights needed to display, transmit, moderate and operate that content under the Terms. Those service rights do not make copied material lawful. A rights holder who believes content is infringing should identify the protected work and the specific material at issue so the complaint can be assessed without removing unrelated content. Heart Connect’s own name, logo, software and original interface materials are also protected and cannot be copied or resold merely because the service is publicly accessible.
How this fits the Heart Connect service
Heart Connect legal and policy pages are designed to make platform expectations understandable before and during membership. They work together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and they do not remove rights that apply under local law. Where a process depends on a payment provider, purchase channel, jurisdiction, identity check or safety review, the page explains that dependency rather than promising an outcome that Heart Connect cannot guarantee.
