Process
Heart Connect may remove or restrict material while reviewing a valid complaint and may support counter-notice procedures where the applicable copyright framework requires them.
Copyright Complaints / DMCA in practice
A copyright complaint is more useful when it is specific enough to locate both the protected work and the material being challenged. The complainant should identify their authority, provide a reliable contact and include statements required by the applicable legal process. Heart Connect may restrict material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice, but applicable law can also provide a counter-notice process for the person who posted the material. This page is therefore a structured contact route rather than an automatic takedown promise for every dispute involving ownership or similarity.
How this fits the Heart Connect service
Heart Connect legal and policy pages are designed to make platform expectations understandable before and during membership. They work together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and they do not remove rights that apply under local law. Where a process depends on a payment provider, purchase channel, jurisdiction, identity check or safety review, the page explains that dependency rather than promising an outcome that Heart Connect cannot guarantee.
